Peter C.B. Bynoe
Peter C.B. Bynoe is the Chairman of TELEMAT LTD, a project management and consulting firm that he founded in 1982. Over the last twenty plus years, Mr. Bynoe and the firm have executed a number of important assignments on behalf of major clients as well as the firm's principals. Through these various engagements and transactions, Mr. Bynoe has accumulated a unique portfolio of sports and project management experiences.

From March 1988 to June 1992 he served as the Executive Director of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, a joint venture of the City of Chicago and State of Illinois created to develop a new Comiskey Park for the Chicago White Sox. Mr. Bynoe provided overall management and direction for the $250MM project that produced a state-of-the-art baseball stadium seating 45,000 people and providing 120 luxury sky boxes. The project was completed on time and several million dollars under budget.

For a three year period, Mr. Bynoe was Managing Partner of the National Basketball Association's Denver Nuggets. Mr. Bynoe planned, organized and executed the $65MM acquisition of the Nuggets over a six month period from June to November 1989. After overseeing the complete reorganization of the team, on and off the court, Mr. Bynoe sold his interest in the franchise in August 1992.

Mr. Bynoe has also served as a consultant to the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority and the Atlanta Committee to Organize the Olympic Games in their efforts to prepare for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. Mr. Bynoe was involved in: defining the conceptual framework for the 85,000 seat Olympic Stadium that will be converted to a 45,000 seat baseball stadium in 1997; developing a $210MM budget for the stadium's construction; and negotiating a lease agreement that has induced the Atlanta Braves to occupy the new stadium for a 40 year term. Most recently, Mr. Bynoe has created a joint venture with Spectacor Management Group to privatize management of the Chicago Park District's Solider Field Stadium.

Mr. Bynoe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from Harvard College. He earned his Masters in Business Administration with a finance and marketing emphasis at the Harvard Business School. He received his Juris Doctor with a focus on corporate planning and regulation from Harvard Law School. Mr. Bynoe is admitted to the practice of law before the Illinois State Bar. He is a Senior Partner at the international law firm of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.

Mr. Bynoe commits a significant amount of his time to corporate, civic and charitable boards. He has served as a Director of Jacor Communications, J&G Industries, Huffman Koos, Inc., the River Valley Savings Bank, Uniroyal Technology Corporation, Blue Chip Broadcasting and the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. He is currently a Director of Rewards Network, Inc. and  Covanta Holding Corporation.  Mr. Bynoe has given the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois more than twenty years of public service, chairing the Chicago Commission on Landmarks, Chicago Plan Commission and The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. Mr. Bynoe is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Goodman Theatre and a Trustee of the Rush University Medical Center and  the Core Center for the Prevention, Cure and Research of Infectious Diseases. Mr. Bynoe was an elected member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers from October 1992 to June 2001.
