| TELEMAT LTD is a privately held project management and consulting firm based in Chicago, Illinois. The firm was founded in 1982 by its Chairman, Peter C.B. Bynoe. Linda Walker Bynoe joined the firm as President and Chief Operating Officer 1989, becoming CEO in 1995. The focus of the firm is dictated by the expertise of its two principals.
Prior to establishing TELEMAT LTD, Mr. Bynoe spent five years servicing private and public sector clients on an international as well as domestic basis. As a senior executive in a general management consulting firm, Mr. Bynoe managed engagements encompassing strategic planning, organizational development, economic development and manpower training. Mr. Bynoe established and managed offices of up to thirty professionals in Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Oakland, California. TELEMAT LTD's initial client base was drawn from Mr. Bynoe's previous professional relationships.
Before joining TELEMAT LTD, Ms. Bynoe spent eleven years at the international investment banking firm of Morgan Stanley & Co., New York. As an associate in the Corporate Bond Department, she was involved in advising pension funds, insurance companies, banks and major institutional asset managers on a wide range of fixed income investments. As Vice President, Capital Markets, Ms. Bynoe was part of a start-up team for a corporate coverage department which served corporate treasurers for asset and liability based products, debt repurchases and interest rate hedging strategies. Prior to 1978, Ms. Bynoe was a certified public accountant in the audit and tax division of Arthur Andersen & Co. Ms. Bynoe brings a wealth of financial management expertise to TELEMAT LTD and its clients.
